About
About Robots Center
Robots Center is an operations platform for AI agents and physical robot fleets. Operators organize units into sites and cohorts, claim-enroll hardware, ingest telemetry, run audited bulk operations, and freeze a workspace, connector, or agent from one control plane.
Robot fleet operations
Physical robots are first-class: AMRs, drones, manipulators, and humanoids with serial, status, battery, location, and firmware. The operator console and machine APIs share one workspace-scoped registry.
Cohorts and sites
Group or site cohorts, with optional building, floor, and zone metadata. Membership is static or rule-based on model, firmware, capabilities, and tags, so the board can be filtered to a floor or a firmware line.
Zero-touch claim enrollment
CSV pre-registration and multi-claim tokens with serial allowlists. Each claim mints a unique API credential so a unit enrolls without an operator at the keyboard.
Telemetry and rollups
Robots post idempotent telemetry batches. The platform stores a short ingest backlog and durable minute and hour rollups for per-robot and per-cohort trend views.
Missions
Create, schedule, auto-assign, start, pause, resume, cancel, or complete lat/lng waypoint jobs. Auto-assign prefers idle online robots with the highest battery.
Audited bulk operations
One action on a filtered robot selection: set status, tags, or cohort; dispatch a command; or acknowledge alerts. Progress is live, failed targets can be retried, and a run can be cancelled on the fleet queue.
What the platform does
Authorization Gateway
Policy checks decide whether a tool action is allowed, denied, or held for approval. Scoped credentials, reviewer workflows, and a break-glass freeze on a workspace, a connector, or a single agent — with a required reason and optional auto-thaw.
Observability
Traces, events, replays, and failure analysis for agent and robot work. Understand what happened, why it happened, and how to fix it.
Workflow Management
Evals-as-a-Service, command dispatch, and webhook delivery. Orchestrate the agents and robots you already run from one control plane.
Built for reliability
Elixir / Phoenix
Built on the BEAM virtual machine for massive concurrency, fault tolerance, and low-latency WebSocket support through Phoenix channels.
PostgreSQL
Reliable data storage with workspace-scoped multi-tenancy, full-text search, and robust indexing for observability queries.
Realtime channels
Phoenix channels over WebSocket for command delivery, trace streaming, fleet heartbeats, and approval workflows without polling.
Not an AI model provider
Robots Center does not train or host AI models. We do not provide a chat interface or general-purpose agent runtime. We do not sell robot hardware. The product is the infrastructure layer: authorization, observability, evals, and fleet operations for the agents and robots you already run.
